I'm Arlind Gjoka, a computer engineering student at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Albania. I work as a software engineer, and I spend the rest of my time learning mathematics, algorithms, and machine learning properly — from definitions and proofs up.

This site is my notebook, kept in public. Writing a solution out in full is the only way I've found to know whether I understand it. Entries are worked exercises, notes on what I'm reading, and longer essays when something deserves one. Mistakes stay in, corrected, with a note saying what went wrong.
